Food of Spain
Spanish food is about fresh seasonal ingredients, olive oil, garlic, paprika and the pleasure of sharing small plates. Coastal regions excel at seafood and rice dishes, the interior at roasts and stews, and the south at cold soups and fried fish. Meals are social: tapas and raciones are passed around the table, with long lunches and late dinners.
