Food of Croatia

Croatian cuisine has two faces: the Adriatic coast, with grilled fish, seafood stews and olive oil, and the continental interior, with hearty meat, cabbage and cream dishes. Italian, Austrian and Balkan influences meet. Meals are relaxed and based on local, seasonal ingredients.
