Ingredients

  • 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk or apple juice

How it's made

  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir and loosen with a splash of milk if too thick.
  6. Toast the nuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes.
  7. Spoon into bowls and top with nuts and berries.

Cook’s tip: Soak overnight for the creamiest texture, and add the grated apple just before serving for freshness.
